i think i prefer betting 39 on the turn hoping he has something. that way, if he has something you could hopefully get an extra street of value. on the river, a bet of 42 is better i'd think.

c/r the river or bet larger. i usually just lead turn though.

I lead turn for about 40. After turn went chk chk I'd try for a c/r on the river.
