Pokerstars Hand History mistake?
 

First hand of a SNG, I look at the hand history and see this:

Shows up like this in instant hand history and in the actual file. Any idea whats going on? The hand wasn't actually effected and all other hand histories seem normal.

The turn was supposed to be the 5d from the random shuffle subroutine.

However, the rigging subroutine, gave a Tc on the turn for the suckout, due to the output from the player ratings subroutine.

The problem probably arose when the hand history cleanup subroutine malfunctioned in order to hide the effects of the rigging subroutine.

We had this issue in an older version of our software - it affected the IHH only, not anything server-side. Have you updated to the latest version of PokerStars?

If so, please contact support ([email protected]) and be prepared to send your log files so they can look into this.
