NL25: AKs turn trips

So at these tables the majority of players love to coldcall preflop with a wide range of hands and proceed passive with draws/when unsure and aggressive with TP+. I havent see much action from this guy for around 30 mins so i consider him to be fairly tight.

So is this hand standard or i misplayed it?

Nice hand. I play it about the same.

Seems fine. I'd give a passing thought to him having AQ, but you can't go searching for monsters to fold to, especially against donks.

Looks good, raise pf is correct, flop bet is fine, I think you're ok calling there, anything but AQ, QQ, 44 and you're ahead. So calling the raise is fine. The raise on the turn is good, anything but AQ and you're good. Seems standard.

Why no call the turn? I think you can play here WA/WB. When you raise nothing will call who is behind and all the other cards like AQ maybe 44 will call. I also think you dont have to protect here - against what? maybe flushdraw but he wouldnt play it in that way. So when you call you can decide on the river what to do - he will bet his hand on the river too when you ceck also you can play donk/call but not good in this spot - so the most value you get from calling the turn here i think - other comments

It feels like you're blowing him off the hand. If you had KQ and the turn was a Q, you can take this line, but he has to have such a narrow range that will call the push that we're ahead of. You're either forcing him to have the case ace, or to make a bad call with a queen. He's got $17 left into a pot of $31 if you flat here, and you can shove the river. It's a fishy line, but he'll talk himself into a call with a queen more often than when you shove the turn.

I probably call the turn and get the rest in on the river

I generally call here and valuetown the river. I think the only worse hands that are calling are AJ, AT, A9, maybe weaker aces if he's really bad. even at these stakes I think a lot of semilags and lags can lay down weak aces some of the time here.
