currently I was in 7th, did I make the right move?

I would say no. If this guy is really aggressive, you can wait until you have a better hand to catch him and still be confident that you'll get paid. I might feel differently if it were AQ or even AJ. However, I just don't like KQ that much because there are so many more hands he might have that are ahead of you. Any ace high has you in bad shape. I wouldn't risk my tournament here with KQ. With your stack size, I don't think you're getting much fold equity on your shove. He's not going to fold here in my opinion. It's also quite unlikely that you're a favorite to win.

Wait for a better hand.

I'm folding to this reraise....I don't think we're ahead of enough of his range to justify a shove and a call is out of the question imo..
