Very good article, Wall Street is perhaps paying attention?
A good quote from the last page, "Poker could be freed from the legality argument if it were proved to be a game of skill (I believe it is a game of skill)."

Loved most of the article. I wonder if one of the "homework" assingments we "helped" was a rouse?

But still we'll have to muzzle Safe and Secure at some point as it seems even the Franks bill doesn't solve the WTO issue. Unless I have my bills and facts mixed up....

You're right D$D, the IGREA is not WTO compliant. But, in general, the Safe and Secure folks are on our side so far. I think that may change because they may represent B&M interests.

Id like to know if the author(s) has an interest in a street firm that has a big stake in an online room.

As for Safe and Secure they appear to be fast becoming the NCALG of the pro gaming side. If you lie steadfastly over and over to the right people I guess you get quoted.

Good article. It's interesting that he mentions winning "bots", which everybody here hates, as proof that poker is a skill game.
