Gutcheck time 88 1st hand of FT stars 150
 

This was 1st hand of the FT of Stars nightly 150. BB is chipleader and is 1st hand i've played against him. He took a long time before he reraised and I sensed he was trying to bully the table with it being the 1st hand. What's my play?

Yes its crappy but doubling up 1st hand would be huge plus I don't put villain on a big hand at all. During the hand I thought it was definitely a coinflip so does that mean I should gamble here with all the dead money in the pot and a chance to be cl? There's also a chance I have the best hand. Being the 1st hand at FT is very crucial to this problem imo.

looks squeez-y. assuming CO and BTN arent trapping (have you seen them so this yet) I get it in.

Yeah i'm not worried about callers behing me. If I push it in I'm very confident they'll fold. I feel 88 is right on the border. 77 would be an easy fold and 99 I would get it in there. Anyone disagree?

This is a pretty standard reshove for me with the overlay. I am pretty sure that I am reshoving 55 and 67s too but I have not done the math.

shoving 67s would be pretty awful because the BB is not folding that often.

Meh i prolly shove here, but i think its close.
