$16.50 is way to much. Bet $10.

3bet is fine preflop. I'm betting 10-12 on the flop. You'll find out where you are if you make a PSB or 2/3 pot bet.

Huge bet on flop is not necessary. Bet like 10-12 as stated to see where you are at.
