I am calling for all the reasons you stated, against a good villian this is a snapcall for me.

EDIT: BTW he is listed as sitting out, did he just get back from disconnection or something like that? If yes I would be even more inclined to call due to the desperationfactor.

Yea I'm calling here, I'd expect even decent villians to push all Ax hands along with small pairs and most broadway hands.
