Somewhat generic preflop question
 

Please excuse me if this has been brought up recently...

Theoretical question:
200nl, 100bb effective stacks, Hero and villian both plays TAG 21/16/2.8.

1) Hero opens UTG, 5 calls(or 2 or 3), bb TAG 3 bets. Assuming we never call, what is hero's 4 betting range?

2) Hero raises UTG, bb TAG 3bets, what is hero's 4betting range

3)Are we every 4 betting a hand that we know is beat/dominated if called? A4s, AJs, 910s etc.


Feel free to manipulate on the example I used for disscussion's sake.

EDIT: To clarify, Questions are not directed to 4betting ranges, because like everything else, it depends...but how do a number of callers in between adjust your range???
