If you're not going to get it in on a flop/turn like this, than there is no point to calling preflop even. Or just play it for set value.

I'm shoving this turn personally, if I don't raise the flop that is.

With stats and stack this is fine. I'd probably shove turn though.

I know stats are over a small sample, but anyone that's a 64/32 over 25 hands can almost assuredly be considered a LAGtard.

How can the BB make it $12 to go after you make it $8? Wouldn't he have to make it at least $14, or am I really really slow this morning?
