200xBB - JJ vs very strong play

Villian is good bet very aggresive, 30/25/5 ,
he "never" slowplays big pairs preflop

I am very aggresive 28/24/4

5-max table.
stacks: 2k

I raise $40 OTB with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], bb calls

Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
I bet $75, he raises to $220, call

Turn: 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
He bets $450, I call

river: 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
He shoves, hero?

nasty, I'd fold the river, and if he doesn't have a history of slowing down after that turn bet I'd try to fold there too.

wtf is ur avatar lol

I can garantuee he doesn't slow down with a flushdraw on the turn.

Call the river. He essentially needs 8s full here.

I think he'd 3ball 88 preflop way more than he would 45, 43, A4ss, etc...

I think it's really close, but i'd prolly fold

why call turn if you are going to fold this river? you expect him to give up on the river because you think he thinks you will call river if you call turn??

I can't put him on a hand other than missed flush draw, I'm gonna go with the dan negreanu logic and call this IMO.

This is seriously the extent of your hand reading?

"There's a flush draw, he has a flush draw".

Re: 200xBB - JJ vs very strong play

So what do you put him on that beats you? 8s full? He *doesn't* ever have have QQ+ given preflop, he shouldn't be defending his blinds with any hand with a 4 in it without 3betting, so that leaves medium pocket pairs and semibluffs.
