My flop bet is 2/3 PSB, which is generally how I go with RRed
pots. You think this is not good? How much do you bet here?

Maybe I should have made it 20 to make it look bigger... but I 3bet frequently and then follow up with a cbet frequently, so I generally lean to making smaller bets

Since A high obviously isn't good, and we don't have much FE, and we're not going to be folding this hand anytime soon, how bad is checking this turn?

Villian may check behind and we can see the river for free in which case we can decide to bluff/check fold, or get it in if we hit. Where if villian bets we'll gladly get it in as well.

The only advantage I can see here to betting the turn is some villians fold QQ. But aside from that I don't see why we're shoving here to those who advocate it.

I'm not trying to be a smartass or sarcastic in any way, because I do know that I have limited experience in this area, but what kind of hands does villian get to the turn with in this spot that he folds?

QQ and other smaller pairs like 8s or 9s?

I just have a hard time figuring it out.

he could have 66-99 and think youre fos on the flop. he could be a donk with AT and realize he nees to fold now. he could be playing QQ scared and fold now because you "must" have AA, KK, JJ, or TT... if he didnt get it on the flop he very likely doesnt want to play for stacks, addn even if he calls you have very good equity

That's good enough for me. I think as a whole I give players way too much credit in this game.
