will a reasonable player call a 2/3 psb with an Ace in this spot?

I bet call here, we are ahead of his range so we have to bet and I think he'll raise some 2 pair hands here wich we are ahead of. Only thing that really worries me is a set in this case but I am looking to get it in on this turn.

We also can't check behind, because the board is drawy and we don't want to see a 7 coming on the river.

I certainly don't think your range only includes cards which beat his weak ace after the button raise. So betting might get a call from a weak ace.

He could put you on anything, and with the flush draw and straight draw (less likely, but you did have a button raise) out there, he probably is not slow playing a set.

I think you have little to no danger of being drawn out on, and little to no danger of being behind in the hand. I think he calls the 2/3 bet with any ace, and maybe with a 9, or 10,10, jj or straight draw.

If you check here, and bet the river, you're not likely to get any more money than with the turn bet, so bet. If he is drawing to the straight, make him pay.

IMO

I will sometimes check the turn here to induce him to either bet the river or check-call the river. player-dependant. if i think he calls a turn bet with an Ace obv bet the turn and the river.

i bet cause id hate to have a nasty card like a 10 roll off here and be put in a tough spot when he pots it.

hes also calling alot weaker on the turn, and your hand has some added value given the turn. id try to get as much in as possible on hte turn and im instantly going broke if he shoves

I put him on AJ. That said, checking and getting him to call a river value bet if he checks again would work. I feel like if you bet 60-70% of the pot on the turn he folds. So either bet little over half the pot on turn, or check and get him to call a value bet on the river.
