villain is 50/10, and INSTA calls both flop and turn... and waits a few sec and shoves river... i wasnt sure how to interpret this but thought maybe JJ is good here?

I would definitely call here if the 9 were a heart rather than the 3. I think it's a bluff somewhat often still.

You are putting too much emphasis on timing tells when you don't know the player well enough. I would need a really strong tell to put more money in here
