Im pretty much the same 6'1" 230-235 and would like to get sub 200. we should get a prop bet on the go. PM if interested. I feel the only way I will be able to lose this weight is if I have some sort of monetary incentive.

oh and if bbv can come up with a good set of terms/amount for me vs this dude then that would help

Bah, that crap is garbage.

It's pretty simple, take in less calories than you burn, profit. I ownz an elliptical and can stay on that thing for like 2 hours.
