I think this is a spot where you are at best a coinflip. Deep enough to fold.

I feel like on a board like this he's going to raise almost his entire range, and that makes me think we should do something other than bet-fold the flop. Maybe crai or check-call then either lead the turn or crai the turn.

If he's raising his entire range, b/3b obv. I'd definitely raise more preflop. As played, make a crying shove.

ugh yeah preflop is beyond awful. given preflop i might consider mucking

you should be 3b your entire 3b range to ~$30+ here preflop

bah preflop is fine. mp is too deep to really make a difference against him, and the pot is getting so big already that SB is going to be paying like a shortstack anyway.
