FW 2k blind battle

About 65 players left in the foxwoods 2k. I just got moved to a new table and have only played one hand where I raised and took down the blinds uncontested. I have 35k in the SB and the BB has about the same.

Blinds are 800/1600/200a.

It folds to me with A3o and I call. BB goes to his stack and cuts out some chips like he is going to raise, then he checks. A89 2 spades. I bet 3k and he calls quickly. Turn offsuit 2. I bet 6k, he thinks for a couple seconds and makes it 12k. I?

fold.

they always have it.

c/c turn and vbet riv if checked back
or c/c c/fold/readsoul on river are better than2barreling.

rarely see 3 streets of value here anyway, even bvb, live people are nits.

I like checking flop or turn. Checking flop is more tricky since he probably does not put you on limping an A from sb.
As played, fold. What are you planning on doing on river if he bets?
