Well, technically, he could still use his nine kicker as a Uno kicker, and transfer the one king into a lose turn-Uno-card, and he would qualify for

a) bbj
b) one entry to a high stakes magic the gathering sit n go
c) go to bed u drunken bastardo!1!!
