25NL AA...9JX flop...Do I fold here?
 

Villian is 45/13 over 42 hands and doesnt seem like too strong of a player in the hands he has played. BTN yet to act is 35/15 and a strong player over 150 hands but do I need to be that concerned with him?
I put BB on AJ at best and dont see him holding 9J here.
Any thoughts?

I just shove here. I think you will see draws and pairs often enough.

The fact the BTN didn't raise means he's probably behind atm imo.
As for the BB what had he C/R'd with before?
45/13 doesn't strike me as great stats but it's only 42 hands. If he was good and didn't C/R too much I'd say this was a combo draw but against this villain I think I call.

I think I am having to call I here as well, but I seem to lose alot with my over pairs.
