$16 - 25/50, KQs flopped top pair and OESD

I didn't really want to build a big pot here until I hit my draw, but with the raise I really disliked only calling. Should I have just raised his 50 bet instead of calling?

I flat the initial 50 and shoving/folding are the only viable options after the 300 raise. You are likely up against 2pair but have have enough outs I guess to make this a decent shove I guess. I'm not crazy about the hand, it's a little messy/spewy. I don't like to get involved w/ draws not that great this early...

It is standard to call with KQs PF in this situation. I would easily fold PF. As played, the flop puts you in a mess. Anyway you play it, you'll probably get it all-in on the flop and be behind.

I sometimes limp qks in first 3 lvls on stars. I will not open limp with it though. I also like for there to be more players in the pot and me in CO/BTN... Limping is better at lvl1+2 obviously than here. I fold pre in this spot in game.

I don't think limping here is a leak, just preference.

I fold it preflop and not go broke to JT or AQ.
I limp it in position (button/CO) after limpers preflop.

Preflop is bad.

Preflop: Its bad to limp behind from such an early position unless the table has been very passive. This can also hold true for small PP's.

Flop: On that board/action I like it.

Preflop is bad.

It can be played profitably, even if its somewhat marginal. I'm looking for comments on the post flop play anyway.

Why? It's preflop you need help with

As for post flop, I think calling the minbet and raising it are both viable options. The push I like.
