Calculating probability you are a winner using PT

Poker Tracker gives you Standard Deviation/100 hands, number of hands played, and amount won. From these, how do you calculate the probability that you are a winning player?

You can't determine the probaility from that information alone. You can compute a confidence interval. You can determine how much more likely it is to have your results if you are a winning player as opposed to a break-even player. However, these do not take into account the a priori information that you may have available, e.g., that there are far more losers than winners.
