Red Nines

Is anyone using Red Nines 60% successfully. Is it really double what you would get at Full Tilt?

Hi normalcy,

It is actually more. Because FTP only offers 27%, and that is NET rake as they seem to be deducting alot of BS.

So the Red9s offer is significant in that way.

Gambler,

Can you explain to me the difference between NET and GROSS... especially as how it relates to FTP and Red Nines rakeback??

Also, in PokerTracker, in Summary.. what is HWF? What does that stand for?

Re: Red Nines

Basically, here is my question:

Right now, I am at FTP. I play limit (6-max). My VPIP/PFR is about 28/18.

With those stats and a 27% rakeback, I get approx. $17.50/1000 hands at the 1/2 level and approx. $26/1000 hands at the 2/4 level.

I want to know how the rakeback at Red Nines(supposedly 60%) would rate compared to this??

Anyone know?

Hi normalcy,

The "NET" rakeback is the rakeback amount they official "advertise" with, but what you will receive is the "GROSS" rakeback (An amount which has deductions from several fees at the given pokersite, admin fee, deposit fee, advertising fees +++ etc.)

Gross Rakeback is what you will receive.

Example: You rake $1000, your GROSS RB is 30%, you will receive, $300

in comparison

Net Rakeback is an "offically higher percentage", but where diff. fees will be deducted.

Example: You rake $1000, your NET RB is 30%, you will maybe receive, $200

As in to what you will receive from Red9s, is the contributed rake and 60% of this.

Hope this helps.

Best Regards

Re: Red Nines

i dont know how many tables you play but the limit action at prima is very low. at the moment there is 1 1/2 FR, 1 1/2 6m and 1 2/4 6m table going and i havent seen that much more in the past few weeks.

as for your question: for your numbers at a 6max limit table you would get a lot more at red nines (even though its contributed)
