NL100 | bottom set 221bb deep, 3way, 3bet sidepot spot on ugly board

Had LAG image, ran at 30/27/alot (~50 hands). Snapped off CO's bluff earlier and doubled up. Flop is standtard. Flatcalled turn, coz it was a WA/WB spot IMO. I think Button has me beat often here. Pot was $374 after the donk's shove, I had $167 left. Should I call this?

Button: 16/13/5 (~7000 hands), standard nit, no 3bet history
BB: 45/15/3 (~100 hands), bit aggro donk, no tangle yet

Hero ($220.98)
MP ($104.7)
CO ($40.24)
Button ($99.5)
SB ($140.5)

Donk has extra monies as insurance incase the nit has an over set.

Donk can easily have two pairs, we're only really worried about a straight from the donk. AJ, AT, JT, JJ, TT, AK, AQ, KQ. Donk might even bluff the turn with draws after everyone checks.

Button nit I don't think checks KK/AA behind. I'm really just worried about JJ. Some nits don't 3bet that vs an UTG raiser. I think he bets TT as well. I don't think he 3bets KQs. AK is certainly in his range.

I don't calling 40BBs just to fold. The nit isn't a big consideration after we put in so much money.

Conclusion: I think a fold preflop is alright unless the donk is a big spew showdown monkey.

As played I'm calling the turn shove, but I've never been good at laying down sets. That said, I think you HAVE to bet this flop. You've got a set and you need to build the pot asap. Checking here is not at all good imo. As for the preflop call I think theres definitely enough equity in the pot to setmine, esp w/ 220BB effective.

I think building the pot is a good point, since if we called preflop it was to stack the donk, not to setmine the nit.

some one can easily have JJ or 1010 or even KQ and it is not worth it

Not really. He's hoping raiser bets and big donk calls.
