You don't ask a specific question at all, so I'll take that as a chance to just write my thoughts about the hand, and ask the kinds of questions I am asking myself here.

When you check the river, what hands do you think he is betting that you want to check raise? I think his line, call flop/bet turn when checked to looks like an A. Then, when you check the river, are you hoping he will bet for value hoping you pay off with a worse A? Are you at all worried he has backed into the flush with AXcc?
