How to beat a 96.5/34.7/0.8?

Im playing with a 96.5/34.7/0.8 over hundreds of hands. I cannot beat him. He has ten buy ins at the table, so its very lucrative to get in to pots with him.

Every time I raise, he calls. He calls my continuation bets with any drawy / piece of flop.

I have been raising my premiums (mostly AK type hands, and he just calls with bottom pair / air, or pushes me off hand. He is hitting hands, I am not, and he will not fold. How do you deal with this? I want to try to get a hand vs him, and win some monster pots vs him

Hint though:

Value bet. Value Bet. Value Bet. Value Bet.

Value bet. Value Bet. Value Bet. Value Bet.

Value bet. Value Bet. Value Bet. Value Bet.

You guessed it:

VALUE BET.

I tend to play (raise/isolate) most hands of any type of potential vs players like him (total maniacs preflops, awful calling stations postflop)

So im raising to isolate a ton, calling his raises with hands like 5 6 since three buy ins deep and since he goes broke with any pair sometimes.

This OK?
