Re: AA line

if villain has AJ, KJ, QJ, QQ, or KK, he's letting me stack him right now, no?

Re: AA line

What's wrong? If you ran into a set, oh well, but he could easily have an overpair or TPTK. What do you think you could have done differently/better? I would have done the same... You could have bet a little smaller on the turn but like another poster pointed out, you would commit yourself with any normal bet anyway. You could have check-folded the turn, but who does that?

I swear to god, god wants me to quit poker.

Villain held 66.

Then a 2+2er named sigh_ lectured my ass on the table for making a bet that only better hands call.

Re: AA line

Yeah, well the thing is here you can't just get AA and go all the way with it. You put all your chips in here with a hand that does not win big pots that often after a flop is seen. You overvalued the AA here. You should not be betting it as hard as you were. I'm not saying that I wouldn't lose a decent size pot here what I'm saying is that you need to be careful in the future.

Re: AA line

you bet 10 on the turn then villain min-raises you, what do you do? fold is bad. just move on to the next hand. i'm getting slaughtered on my draws. i think i'm overplaying them. check out my AA thread.
