I think the turn bet-sizing can be higher, but I think I'd call anything up to a psb because he's a showdown monkey and every flop draw missed (7h8h or QhTh is obv good now).

i'd fold all 3 unless you've seen him make retarded bluffs like this before, these players usually don't

if he goes to showdown that often, he must not be making many thin valuebets on the river (which might fold out the opponent).

Similarily, he's probably not bluffing very often either. He has a tendency to call down instead of bet.
