5NL- Set Of Jacks On Flop With Draw heavy board
I have always been old that when you flop a set to plan the best way to get all your money in the center. Should I have been more aggressive on flop here? The turn was scary. Was my play on turn and river correct?

Re: 5NL- Set Of Jacks On Flop With Draw heavy board
I'd bet a little more on the flop, rest looks ok for me. Maybe it's questionable to give a free card on the turn because of the flush draw, but a nine is def in his range so a little pot control isn't the worst line here plus you might induce a bluff on the river if he has something like TP or a missed FD. River is a good call IMO.
Overall this might look a little passive but I don't think you need to play it overaggressive in this spot. |
