Not sure about the river, but why no bet on the turn? Facing a C/C on the flop, and that turn couldn't have helped him. Curious to know why you didn't, but I'd bet $300-$350 at the turn.

I think you should be betting the turn usually. As played I like a river shove or betting like $400-450. Anything less looks like a straight value bet, since nobody sane bluffs here for 1/2 pot.
