Villian is 55/10/1.4 over 20 hands. He took a big pot off me earlier with a set of 10s vs my two pair on a 10AJ board after shoving. I took a few hits to my stack so im slightly on tilt.

Bet this flop.

As played, you have shown weakness which will incline him towards bluffing. But without a read I don't think you can call.

he four bet shoved pre flop with his 1010.

He needs to be bluffing a huge percentage for your call to be correct, and this is a king+ much more often than not and besides, he's shoving into a 3-way pot. This is an easy fold.

Oh, and bet flop.
