FT $500 tourney - was disconnected with ~25 people left
 

I had over $300K in chips in the tourney and was in 12th or 13th place when FTP got disconnected. I just logged on and I was blinded off, finished 20th and already got the money for a 20th place finish.

How is this fair? Don't they have to restart or void the tourney? Some people didn't get disconnected and stole a bunch of blinds. Please tell me that I didn't spend all day playing this well and now I don't get a chance to finish this tourney. Any input or help is so appreciated. Thanks.

They will take the money back but will refund the buy in.

THE MTHR FCKRS ARE SUPPOSED TO PAUSE THE TRNYS/VOID AND CHOP BY CHIP COUNT! THEIR JUST TO DAMN GREEDY TO DO IT SINCE THEY HAD NON US PLAYERS WITH 100% CONNECTIVITY. [censored] A HOLES DID IT TO ME TO AND BUST ME OUT DUE TO BLIND STEALING! LETS ALL BOYCOTT THIS POS PLACE!

Wow, this really sucks. They are playing the final table at FTP and Full Tilt is apparently not doing anything about the people who got disconnected. If the other internet sites were working and FTP was the only one not working for me, how can they get away with this? Isn't this tourney covered by magazines and websites? How can they let them get away with this?

And their's no FTP support anywhere. That really sucks!! Does anyone know a phone number to get in touch with them? Yes, I know this is a long shot, so please don't make fun of me for asking this. I'd just like to resolve this tonight.

No go on the phone number. I think the only one they have goes to a message that tells you to e-mail support.
