I need help from someone w/ Photoshop
 

I need the little white dog at the bottom center
of the screen shot cut out for a project we're
working on. Can anyone help me out? I'm brand new to
Photoshop and can't do it well enough. Thanks OOT!

It's impossible. You need more than just Photoshop for such a daunting task. Try a Hollywood studio.

if you can somehow download a bootleg version of MS Paint it will be much easier. buying a legit copy would cost a few K though, so try to find one elsewhere. it will be able to handle this task no problem.
