i just check turn, its a bet without much purpose that makes things awkward and uncomfortable. ask yourself what you are trying to accomplish with it. if i knew this guy was a 80/1 fish then keep betting away. i am folding preflop, but "fold pf" is SOOOO gay, how about some actual thoughts on how to play a hand well.

First of all "soooo gay" is soooo moronic. I'm guessing you're a kid, but that's no excuse.

Second, I've been playing real poker for exactly 6 weeks. I contribute what I know. I can't speak to what I don't know. I'm also new to this forum. I'm not even sure what "line check" means. I'm assuming that it means analysis of every step. I analyzed the first one. I would fold.

Thank you. And thank you for your suggestion about playing more tables. I was doing that and noticing that I obsessed less about each hand, but I felt like I wasn't winning as much. HU was especially difficult.

I'm going to go back to it though. I might try ring games while I play that way I can just quit when I get heads up.
