PT Question

Is it normal for PT to take about 10-15 minutes to open the ring game statistics page. Then to take between 5 min to over an hour to change between the various tabs?

I compress the DB weekly. My computer is a Toshiba M200.

Re: PT Question

This is an access database then I take it- how many hands? Perhaps you should think about converting to Postgres, to give you an idea I have a database with 1.5 million hands that opens in around ten seconds- switching between tabs is pretty much instant. There is a Postgres forum at the PT forum with installation instructions.

Re: PT Question

If you are already using Postgres, you might try defragging the database.

No, it's not normal, but we don't know how big your DB is.
