I'm dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

UTG limps. MP1 limps. Folded to me in CO. I limp. Button raises. BB and all limpers call.

Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

BB checks. UTG bets. MP1 calls. I raise in the hopes of clearing out the field and charging flush drawers. Button 3bets. Everybody folds except for me.

Turn: Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

I check. Button bets. I call because I'm now on the 3rd nut flush draw. I probably would've folded unimproved here.

River: Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

I check and fold to button's bet.

why did you fold the river? you have top pair in a large pot.

I'd call the river. I dont expect to be good very often the pot is huge but i think youll catch something overplayed or just an maniac/lag overplaying A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]K or JJ/TT often enough to make this call worthwhile.

This is why I don't like a fold. It's not awful and against a decent range of players it's correct.

not sure about the flop raise but its not terrible

river is a call but a fold isnt terrible
