HU MSNL: common high variance situation.

For this past few months I've been toying around in FTP's MSNL/HSNL HU games doing rather well and of course I'm always looking for ways to improve. It might seem a bit basic at first but I'm anxious to get some of the good posters POV on this... I seem to get mixed emotions from my AIM list so far.

Your playing a standard aggressive 3better preflop (standard for 3-6 and above seems to be overaggro slash spewy imo but w/e)

let's make it 100bb stacks at 5-10 for simplicity reasons

you raise to 30 otb w/ KQcc he flats

flop Kx6d7d

he checks you do your standard cbet to 50 he check raises to 165 something that he's been doing often sometimes showing up with air/bigdraws/or made hands.

Playing like a robot I often don't even think twice and 3bet/call in this spot often leading to me showing down against a combo draw / flush draw / weaker king or him folding.

My question is how often do you guys mix up your 3betflop vs call/shoveturn ratio... I'm trying more and more to think "outside the box" but I find myself hating every turn card and folding/feeling bad about shoving.

Thoughts?

Also feel free to add how the board/opponent would change your reasoning.
