I left the comment against the bill in question. I'd like feedback as to whether I'm mis-representing what this bill is asking for. I'll assume by the rate downs that I was wrong, unless I'm rated up.

If I'm wrong, I'll even rate myself down. I'm that kind of guy.

Your comment looked great. What's weird about this continuation of appropriations bill, is that they don't even put an amount, and it's incredibly vague. Is this standard? Or is the amount and specifics attatched to some other bill. Or is this just the cliff notes version of the bill? This wording is like . . . Ok folks, we just want to spend what we've spent in the past, never mind what we spend it on. Yeah, or Nay.

I haven't seen a forum. I think the agree/disagree and the comment sections are the only places available for discussion.

It's a new site though, so I wouldn't be surprised (in fact, I'd be disappointed if the didn't) if they implemented forums.
