1010 First hand of Step 1 on Stars
I have no notes on anybody. What to do in this spot? Kind of weird...

I'd be very surprised to be ahead of PF raiser and very surprised to be behind the caller.

Re: 1010 First hand of Step 1 on Stars
It's my general opinion that it's the donks that get all in after the flop with 1 pair (not counting the pair your sharing) early in a SNG. This is not the time to push or call off your chips with marginal hands. I'd call the preflop raise because there are usually calling stations early in a SNG and I'm getting good implied odds if I hit my hand. I'd only reraise here if I knew the player well and he could lay it down. Otherwise I'm playing for set value. I wouldnt' even be excited about it if the flop came 2 5 9. You have to be there on the end to get the dough. You've probably got the best hand but I don't think it's worth it until your down to maybe 5 or 6 players to get agressive here.
