villians is a reg. 20/16/4, he is very capable of making moves, and in this hand my spider sense is going nuts.

a little abit about this hand.

HE insta insta called my preflop raise. then on the flop he insta raised me. I donno, seemed so fishy to me. Does anyone CRAI the turn when they feel something is up? or is this a fold?

I know very well that my read could be wrong and him having like 78 99 88 or some [censored]

completely read based here imo

i dont like crai on the turn bc he calls all his better hands 100% of the time and he goes with all his semi bluffs anyways


i think this is a fold, bc if you call this turn you're bound to face a shove on the river and theres a bunch of cards you dont want to see...you'd pretty much squarely have to put him on 55-77 turning there hand into a bluff and go with it to make this call

I don't really like calling that flop raise on that board. You will face a turn bet a lot, you are OOP for rest of hand and there are a lot of bad turns. You're not losing much value from folding that flop.

its not like i raise with this hand everytime.

my question was really what u would do with a marginal hand but u think u'r opponent is bluffing his pants off. Most ppl tend to just play their cards.

Turn is a very bad card for you. The J hits just about any draw he would be on other than 76.

I would probably have just released to his flop raise. You're going to face a second barrel way too often.

Folding Q9s preflop UTG doesn't make you a nit by the way. It's not horrible, it's just very very marginal -- this hand is a prime example of why.
