EU licence and taxes
 

There's a lot of talk among European players about which site does or doesn't have an "EU licence", and how the winnings at a site that does have one are tax-free etc.

Is there a conclusive topic on this? A list of which sites are tax-free? Has anyone actually had a taxman come after their winnings? Experiences?
