Crappy crappy Virtual PC

Hi,

(Double posted in Computer Technical Help because of the obscure nature.)

So I have a Mac laptop for school and other useless things like that. I recently thought of putting poker on my laptop (I usually play on my desktop where my screen isn't 12"...). So I got Virtual PC and put XP on it and then upgraded the hell out of XP. When I went to install party poker, I got an error that it could not find "licenceWM.exe" At first I thought this was a typo (like it should be "licenseWM.exe" but that file did not exist. In fact, I searched all of the .exe's on the virtual pc and found nothing close to it. Any ideas? Anyone else run party from a virtual pc?

Thanks for any help,

-eric

Don't upgrade the hell out of XP. Start with a clean SP2 install, and then try to run Party.

Don't use virtual PC at all. Seriously. If you really must, don't run XP, whatever you do, it won't run smooth on your iBook (?). Install Windows 2000 instead.

But then again, don't use virtual PC at all...

Don't install XP at all; install Windows 2000 and play off of that instead. Win2k doesn't need nearly as much resources to run as WinXP.
