I dont actually have one, but I saw a guy today with what looked like a cleft lip scar. So I looked it up when I was bored at work, and Im pretty much qualified to answer any questions about it.

Cleft lip and cleft palate, which can also occur together as cleft lip and palate are variations of a type of clefting congenital deformity caused by abnormal facial development during gestation.It usually only occurs if your mom is fat and/or promiscuous.
