tournament strategy
 

I'm playing in a hi-lo limit tournament this Saturday. Staring stacks are 3K and blinds start at 25/50 and go up every half hour. Top nine places paid ($3502 1st, $1930 2nd, $985 3rd, $870 4th.. down to $300 for 9th). They expect 150-200 entries. Two questions:
Is this structure a good one/worthwhile?
How would I differ from normally approved tight, "nutpeddling" (Zee) play for a tournament?
