You have $11 this is not a question. You fold, you don't have room to play and very little fold equity against a random donk.

UMMMMMMMM - why are you playing this with only $11 behind? First - reload to $50 - second raise to $2 preflop - third - RERAISE that little punk to $5.50 - I just dont believe that bet - imho

Villain has either TPGK or flush draw with two overs (probably the former). Not only that but he is attached to it. This is almost never a pure bluff.

Don't play KQos when shortstacked. Not that I ever play SS but I think it's really bad.
If you play it, raise more PF and fold on the flop. It's not like you can float to make a big bluff on the turn or something...
