Flopped set in 3bet pot - how bad is it?

Villain is running 31/27/6,5 over 200 hands. Normally, against a tighter player I'would have c/r or donkbet this all day. But I didn't think he was strong on the flop. The Flushdraw with overs is only a small range of all AQ/AK/KQ combinations, so I prefered value to protection. Initially I wanted to crai the turn, if he bets again. After he checked, I planned to donkbet the river, but this A was so nice, because it hits a lot in his range, plus he might bluff with any random cards. Any thoughts about it?

id still raise the flop, as he probably wont get away from any overpair here.

PF is poor

I would probably donk turn. A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Kx is always calling, might shove, still gain value from potential JdJx and the like. c/r-ing this flop is defintitely an option as well.

as played, fine i guess. looks like he's trying to squeeze some value with AK and you should manage a call from him.

The problem with calling the flop that a bad turn can kill your action. It's not too likely that he has a flush, but he will check behind a lot of turns with hands that pay you on the flop.

As played, I'm not sure about the river.

Preflop is fine. Stacks are deep enough (slightly more than 12x what you have to call) and you have position.

I think I like CR either the flop or river better than trying to CR the turn because a lot of turns will make your CR look like you just improved to a straight/flush.

As played, I like your river play.
