Turn: ($5.50) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $2, BTN raises to $11.35 and is All-In, Hero ???

I decided to call preflop here, since the table had been playing aggressively and I felt that if I hit a set, I could easily double up. I also think that I should have gone for a check raise on the flop. That said, as played, what would be the appropriate response here? Comments for all streets are appreciated.

your approach to the hand is quite bad i think. JJ has alot more value then just set value, and i think is strong enough to get it in pf here. Firsty most of them have only got 50ish bbs and secondly you said btn is a lag. As played, i like a flop cr since btn is agro, betting is fine, but if you do bet it should be more. the board is very drawy and you want to charge the max. As played, pretty marginal spot, but given your read calling is fine you'll see alot of rubbish like 7x7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] here for example. If he was deeper you could probably find a fold.

3 Bet Preflop.

Bet pot sized on flop.

You gave right odds for something like AhKh to chase the flush.

sigh..3bet preflop!!!!!!

if you must lead the flop please make a real bet.

Fold turn and once again...make a real bet.

3 bet pf, you don't want to play against that many people, you want the lag, be prepared to commit against his short stack on many flops
yeah and bet the pot or close to it if you're betting

Reraise pf. Open shove flop.

As played, I'd fold the turn; you are ahead of almost nothing here.

Reraise pre-flop every time. Get it all-in pre-flop vs. the guy with $13 if he comes back over top of you.

As played if you're gonna lead the flop bet more.

I see some weak play. Raising pf is pretty standard. Make it $3.5 pf. Lead out the flop for $2.5. I'm folding the turn probably.
