Can u 8 table without overlay on one huge monitor?

I play on absolute and six table very nicely on a 26 inch monitor. If I go to 32, 37 or 42 inches will I be able to get 8 tables on at one time? Or do I have to daisy chain two monitors? If so, do the monitors have to be the same size? Could I add an extra 19 inch monitor I have laying around? Thanks.

The size of the monitor does not matter.

It's the resolution that matters.

That said, the best resolution possible for a computer, at this time, w/ a single monitor is 2560x1600. The only ones that do that, are the 30" monitors by Dell, HP, Gateway, Apple.

And from what I've seen, you can 9 table on a 30" monitor w/o overlap.

Hey u...
Do you know that Absolute's client allows resizing of the tables?
Resizing them to the minimum would allow you to 9-table (3x3 grid) without overlap using a single monitor capable of a resolution of 1600x1200.

This is a matter of screen resolution and not physical size. There are a couple of 30 inch monitors on the market capable of a 2560x1600 resolution, but that is as good as it gets. The 32+ monitors usually run at a lot lower resolution.

Read this a couple of times and you should realize how it all fits together:

What about adding a 19 inch monitor to the 26 inch? DO they have to be the same size to run them side by side as one?

No. I run a 37" and a 19" together.

The resolution is crucial to what you can fit on one screen, but the physical size of the screen is certainly important from the point of view of what you can see.

i have the 2560x1600 dell monitor.. i thought it was 31, not 30 inches, but anyway, yea the res is 2560 by 1600 and i 20 table stars with no over lay. when i go to more than 20 tables, they overlap a little.

How can you 20 tables PokerStars? I thought 12 tables is the maximum number of cash tables you can play, has this changed?

And yes, you can perfectly play 12 tables with the 2500x1600 resolution, it's a players dream.

You can play 99^99+99 donkaments at the same time, but add a few cash games if you actually want to think.

Check out the Rainkain vid for 30 tabling.
