i would assume KK, AA more times than not unless i had a read on villian

What do you mean 'new'?

It doesn't matter much how much he bets, you're going to be committed most ways

Really I think fold pf with no reads, the min-4-bet at 10NL is not to be taken lightly

And if you did have reads, include them in the OP

When you 3Bet AQ in this limit you intend two things:
Take it down right there
or
Get some value from bad players AT; AJ etc.
when they reraise you they tell you I have a pair of 99 or better, or AK. Easy fold pf.
