besides the opening bet (could have bigger) any other tips on this hand. I dont think I coulda avoided the outcome just want to here it from someone else.

I'd bet more on the flop. At least .25

What was the outcome? If it was a flush he didn't have odds to call the turn. If he made a set on the turn he didn't have correct odds to call the flop.
