Call down or just fold?

I'd muck. This isn't a good calldown situation because you have no history with him. His flop check-raise after you 3-bet preflop is pretty strong and even if it was a semibluff he just caught you.

I'd probably call down if the flush card didn't fall.

info cost money, pay so u can save it or win it later?

I'd call down since he just did a standard blind defense against you, it's worth the read if the session is just starting.

I don't mean to hijack, but just wondering... If the 2BB it costs to get the info is $200 rather than $0.10, is it still worth it?

On the one hand 2BB is 2BB, even if it's micro money. On the other hand, since it's micro we can assume that we'll be better equipped to take villain's money once we get the info.

Folding doesn't give up much. If you happen to have another marginal blind defense situation, then next time be more inclined to call down. Paying 2 BB to see his cards really isn't worth it since you lose to so many hands now.

Can someone please tell me why 3-bet preflop with A7 offsuit is good idea. A call I can see because maybe he is trying to steal but 3 betting sounds dumb.
